Sidhe (pronounced 'shee') literally means "people of the (fairy) hills". It is the Gaelic name for the fairies in both Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland. sidhe plural : the fairy folk of Ireland in Gaelic folklore Where She Rules is a project initiated by G Desiree Fultz. It is a project meant to inspire future generations, and connect with generations past. It’s a collaborative multimedia arts experience that welcomes the talents of extraordinary people who love to make music that connects the past to the present and just might take you into the realms of the faeries, elves, pixies, goths, and more. Thoughtful lyrics, enchanting melodies, clever wit, and powerful energy!
This ‘fairy folk’ project will hypnotize and mesmerize. The live performing arts show includes anything from freestyle tribaldancing to live ceremonial magick and hand made instruments or props. The costuming and experience adds an exciting element to the music which borrows sounds from Norse, Celtic, Gallic, and other Euro sounds of antiquity, with a modern twist. Each collaborative member either writes their own parts or contributes in their own unique way; together creating the sounds and experience of WHERE SHE RULES.
